Redline Racing Posted October 26, 2011 Report Posted October 26, 2011 If your an engine builder please mention it but I'd like to get the best sealant method to use for my engine. Thanks I personally use Threebond 1211 sealant. It is not as thin and runny as Yamabond, 1194 type sealants. It will seal imperfections in cases, gasket surfaces so on. But this a Ford, Chevy debate all based on personal choice. Good flat clean surfaces are more important than sealant. Quote
jlsparky7 Posted October 26, 2011 Report Posted October 26, 2011 Agreed ^ However I tried ultra black RTV on my last build and its holding up great! Quote
