FrankieSquid Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 I always like to start with a bone stock shee if possible. Having to own some elses work is no fun IMO. That way it gives you a chance to build and tailor to your needs and riding style. Goodluck and let us know what you end up with. Quote
OldschoolJay Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 im also a jeep guy, 02 tj on 35's with some minor mods right now. its also my DD. had a 91 yj a couple years ago modded more. just got my first banshee. Quote

WAD Posted October 11, 2011 Author Report Posted October 11, 2011 Looked at a friends 06 limited edition last night 4* timing advancement milled head procircuit head pipes holeshots on the back jetted K&N etc.. He wants $2000 all it needs is a pair of silencers the FMFs he has are to long and dont bolt up on the back side... I could probably even shorten them. Main issue is he doesnt have a tittle or regi for it. However, I know the original owner who says its lien free and he will help me get the tittle. Just not sure i trust him on the no lien thing.. WAD Posted October 12, 2011 Author Report Posted October 12, 2011 Ran the VIN with the DMV and it came up clean no liens... So I had an 06 special edition follow me home last night, and withing an hr I had the silencers shortend and on the bike and riding! Going to clean it up good and get some pics tommorow Quote
