Coal Hill Build

Ok coal hill guys im asking for help. I need to know what kind of motor to build but im a poor so please let me know what you think. I cant do anything larger then a 4mill i just dont have the money for it. so i was thinking maybe a cub or a serval or even a stock cyl build. I was going to go with a serval first but i was reading up on some old post and i saw that alot of guys run cubs cause you need that high end pull to make it up the big hills. Then i was thinking about just going with a stock cyl build and haveing it ported but im not sure itll be enough. Please give me your thoughts i would like to here from some OG coal hill guys who have rode diff builds and can give me an idea on what i should be looking for. Thanks, Ron.

Rpm does work great for climbing until you have to back out of the throttle then you'll want torque and that's when the serval will help it's your call but I would do the serval. If you can find a cheetha used that would be a great set up the three guys I know that have one they run like a mofo.
