I doubt that much destruction was caused by deto......its looks like something may have done the "cha cha-im gonna bang your shit to hell" dance all over your pistons. You really need to split your cases and check out all your bearings and your rods.....check everything cause it sure looks like you're gonna have a mess inside your cases. That was from two seasons ago. i took the motor all the way down to parade rest, inspected and cleaned the shit out of the cases, transmission, everything. shes been running hard (the good kind) since. all is good. dcalsv02 Posted September 23, 2011 Report Posted September 23, 2011 like i said some thing let go.. there is metal in the dome of the piston.. why are 19cc shelf domes in your engine? because When i built that motor, i wasnt obssessed with this site yet and did not know about custom cut domes. Also, i buy almost everything from cascade and they never mentioned anything about custom domes. even when i put the 17's that are in it now i still didnt know. when i build my next motor (next winter) i will pull out all stops. This winter i want to do a lot of tranny mods. Quote
