port done by rdz rdz oofs lean on one side melted plug other side rich as hell fouling plug is +6 timing good enough or more rdz is no help he says he dynoed but doesn't have dyno sheet please need help

Sounds like an air leak. Bad crank seal maybe. What side is running lean? Spray the ignition side crank seal with wd40 while it's running and if the rpms fluctuate you have a bad seal. Or do a leak down test to see if it's elsewhere

if RDZ did the whole motor you better send it back.
