I've never heard of any issues as long as you prep the bike as you described.

Keep an eye on the back tires, if they go flat with all the weight on them they could be junk quick.

Put it in gear, stand it up, put it in neutral, roll it up to the wall, put it in gear, strap it to the wall, done.

Might not have to strap it to the wall but I probably would.

Let us know what you do and pics are always good.

i would think the trans oil may start to try to leak around the rear vent, but it would be fine as long as you checked the level before riding.

Wouldn't you just drain it when you do the fuel? Coolant should be okay. :shrugani:

I have 4 Quads in my garage, two I keep standing in the upright position, 03 Warrior and a 02 Banshee, I have been doing this for years. Never had a problem, no oil leaking at all, just drain the gas that's all u have to do, then when u get relay to ride it again just put some air in the tires. Now u will have more room in your garage.

Ever since all of my trans oil spilled out I stopped standing my banshee up, that was a $20 mistake I made! I honestly think it's because of my +4 swingarm, makes the bike sit too far back when it's in the upright position. But with a stock swingarm you should be fine, just drain the carbs like everyone else said.
