slag_350300 Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 Im looking around for a used set of shocks front and rear for my banshee. Looking for Elka or Fox preferably. I have stock a-arms and I am still trying to decide if I should buy +2+1 a-arms or not. I weigh 182lbs and mostly ride trails and wide open across sand pits and river beds. I like having full skids and I have a set of skids on my stock a-arms and I have yet to find a company that makes skids for aftermarket a-arms. If it came down to it I might try and make some if I decide to buy new arms. Is it worth the money to buy aftermarket arms? Anyway, let me know guys if you have some shocks for sale. Paypal money awaiting to transfer. Thanks Quote
slag_350300 Posted July 10, 2011 Author Report Posted July 10, 2011 I was browsing and came across this post were a guy was saying the stock banshee rear shock is really good for type of riding I do and to just send it off to get a rebuild. Suspension is key and I'm just wondering wHat to do. I found a set of Elka stage 2 shocks with laeger +2+1 a-arms and elka rear shock, both long travel, on eBay for $2495.99 that is a bit much than I want to spend. Maybe I'll just look for front shocks for now and give that a try. Any input Quote
