+7 advance, 19cc domes at 1000foot on pump isnt going to work.

+4 advance with 20cc domes @ 1000ft on 93oct would be alot safer, whats yours cranking compression ?

i dont know what them pipes are like, but try 260-280 mains with stock pilots and 1.5-2 turns out on the air screw. what mains are in there now ?

check the intake boots to see if the boost bottle has cracked it.

is there anyway i can do +4 advance with 19cc on pump if not ill use higher octane but if i have to use higher octane i wanna go +7. i got 27.5 pilots i just ordered because thats what the excel spreed shit on banshee hq told me. it said 340 main and 27.5 pilots. i had 280 and 25 but got advance timing and bored .060 over as well as tors removed. can you still help me out. what should i do to keep my 19cc domes with any advance timing and 27.5 pilots..

you could be running around 175psi compression which is to much for pump fuel, even without adding timing. you definitely need race gas, i dont know how much timing you could run safely, depends on alot of things. why 7 ? lucky number or something ?.

stock port and airbox with the lid on isnt going to need to be jetted to 340/27.5, fmf pipes with airbox and lid on a stock bike is 260/27.5 at sea level. i dont know what those pipes are like that you have, you might have to run around a 280, and a 25 pilot would be fine.

280/25 would probably be fine, warm the bike up on old plugs, stop and throw new ones in, go for a lil thrash go through the gears, stop and check the plugs out.

or search for "plug chop" and do one of them.

no the guy the rebuilt my motor told me he put it at +7 after he installed it for me.. his website is poweredge1.com and works out of a condo. does nice work but the +7 timing and the 19cc domes and the 27.5 jets where all his idea and what i was told from him. ill use 110 race fuel but what ratio should i use. and should i go to +4 or something on the timing. just got it rebuilt and i dont want it to blow a hole in the right piston again.

did you or "builder" do a leakdown test? Did you figure out why you blew hole in piston? If you look around you will not see many with that much timing, and it won't be average build. That much comp I wouldn't run less than straight 110.

JMHO, your results may, and will vary.:shrugani:
