bog before power band

i have a slight bog before the power band hits, once it hits it flat ass screams. im running a trinity stage 4 2 into 1 intake with a 34mm kiehin carb, t5 pipes, pro design cool head with 21cc domes, +4 timing, v force 3 reeds with cascade innovations stuffers, k&n filter with no outerwear, no air box lid. 200 main jet , 50 pilot 93 octane 40:1 with caster 927 oil, air screw is 1.5 turns out. dgk needle, ive moved the needle in every clip and it wont go away. any suggestions?

Try a size smaller pilot, I got about the same set up as u but got jug work done

I would say try an eek needle if i remember correctly,that needle might be to lean
