59bisquik Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 OK guys, I am slowly stripping this bike down to make it a duner. First off, whats with the hoses coming off of the carbs? My other bike has one small vent hose off of either side of each carb. This one has them all spliced together and ran back to the air box and stuck in a retainer holder? Whats the purpose of this and can I ditch it? Secondly, this one has a air box and one large cone filter. Whats the easiest/lowest cost way to remove the air box and just have the filter?
