7 mil switch from alky to gas

I've got a 7 mil 443cc cub motor with v force reeds and cpi pipes, running on alky right now but want to switch to gas. Which carbs should I go with??? Is running a single carb even possible on this setup(just for the sake of being different)?

I'm no cub expert...but I would think running a 7mil cub with a single carb would be a pretty big waste of that motors potential. Just my .02 though
