Comes complete as pictured with all gears, forks, rods, everything you see. Hiper Tech 3 Rear wheels 8". Wheels will need some extra bolts which are $7 on ebay. All bolt holes are good and nothing is stripped at all. The wheel hubs are the spline hubs, but can be replaced with bolts hubs from Hiper for $60 each.
