34 PJ Carbs on 4-mill

K i have a 4 mill , 65 mm bore banshee , has MX Hardcore porting from kevin Herr, Has No airbox, and DMC Pipes, timing set at 4 . The problem is i cant get it to quit spurttering on low end, runs fine wide open, but if you let off,and then go to roll back into it it will spurtter , then take off. I have it set like Kevin told me. 158 Main, CEJ Needle middle clip, 48 pilot, 1 1/2 out on air screw, and choke 25 clicks from bottom. Thes carbs r driving me nuts, about to put my stock ones back on

Drop the main jet 1 size,don't change anything else.If it gets better drop it 1 more size.I run 34's on my 421 with an open airbox.My mains are at 150 and my plug chop off the dyno was perfect.
