its best to have them honed or bored first to see how far they need to go to clean up the bores, then do the final hone once you have the pistons

they are already honed out and ready for new pistons i just dont know what size i need to order

Kind of, but not exactly in this method. Any competent shop will be able to measure the bore and then you can decide what next overbore to go to. Order the pistons. Then the shop can match the bore exactly to the pistons, seeing as they are not all exactly 64.00mm or 65.00 mm, etc.
