They are, however tubed and the tubes have held up very well for close to 3 years. The rip looks bad but all you do is squeeze some permatex ultra black in the cut and air it up. Then spread the silicon around the hole and it is very well protected after it dries. These tires work great for a mild build like a dune ported 350. $140 shipped Quote
