anyone know a cheaper but still good alternative to a set of 21x12x8 8paddle haulers or 9paddle haulers? or a good used set?

You get what you pay for. If they are cheaper, they either are heavier or won't hook up as good or will come apart on the first ride.

If your not gonna be doing alot of duning, or sand dragging than a heavier cheaper tire wont slow you down all that much. I run the straight paddle kenda's on mine. I think mine are 22X11X9. The kenda is not a cheaply made tire but it is heavier. I cant comment on the AMS but rocky mountain atv has them real cheap.

There is a big difference between a molded tore and skat traks. There is a reason everyone recomends spending the extra money on them. Look for a used set on craigs list if you are trying to save some money.
