Jereme6655
it depends on alot.....such as what elevation are you at and what octane fuel do you want to run?
98MonsterShee
I'm in rhode island so sea level and idk is it better to run better octane gas I dnt mind paying for it
98MonsterShee
should i even go with the cool head and domes if i plan on getting it ported for trail eventually or should i wait and get it ported first??
Jereme6655
you could get it now or later.....when you get it ported though your builder will recommend either a shaved head or a cool head with smaller domes to up your compression levels.......if you ahve a cool head at that point they will let you know what size dome you should get and you can buy them directly from them. They are around $65 if i remember correctly.

robert.b.west
At sea level 21's are as low as you can go without race gas or partial race gas.

robert.b.west
Almost the heads use the same domes. ( cant come up with the one that is differnt. I think it starts with an a)Chariot uses the same domes as pro design and noss. The reason I said 21's is bc I am at 600 ft and used 20's with no problem. robert.b.west
Would it b better to go w 21's or b safe w 22's like he said I did not say I disagreed with you that 22 would be safe. I was just stating what I had done and had no problems. I got my info from noss machine website. Noted that they are approximates but "21's" should be ok. Not saying they will be though.
