i can use everyones expertise. quick description. .80 over bore, fmf power coer. pj34 (keihn) carbs. spacers , Stock reed cage. the intakes are after market but i have looked and cannot find the MFR. they have bolts where the boost bottle goes, and i cannot find the one i need. ported. ok main question is i burn out the right side plug alot. (carbs junk?) i dont like the pj's saving for something else. with it bored .80 over where should i be at with the carbs setting. Jets etc.. lastly. i get shocked from the fuel petcock when its running . ive been thru the entire wiring harness with the schematic and cannot find anything wiring wise to cause this(plus it makes no sense as the tank is plastic the mounting grommets are rubber and the pet cok doesnt touch anything) Voltage reg? if this is confusing feel free to ask ive had this bike since 2006 sold it then bought it back recently.

I would seriously consider doing a leakdown test. I'll bet you're leaking around the bolts on intake!! banghead Lucky you have only burned plugs.

As for the shock from petcock, could be static electricity, plastic rubbing, combo of pants you wear and seat?

[i thought the same thing about the shock. the one big issue was my buddy noticed it too. and its a solid electric current. im really thinking voltage reg is shot. and pushing current thru the chasis and its somehow jumping to the fuel cut off. also what are thoughts on carb size. cant decide to rebuild or purchase new.
