Jadday Posted March 12, 2011 Report Posted March 12, 2011 Hello everyone, Im new here and would like some help from you guys. My 2006 banshee had some starting problems lately. In the morning, it starts with no problem. After a quick ride and turning it off and then on again, it has a hard to start problem. After a while (like 5 minutes) it does start. So I though that the carburator might be dirty. Today I took my carburator apart and clean it up completaly and even dry it out with air pressure. After that I've put everything together but now it won't start no matter what I do. How can I troubleshoot this problem? Can it be an electrical problem? Thnx for your help.. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 (edited) 1. Choke crossover tube, 3" tube between carbs across from choke knob. 2. Slides in backwards, angled side (cutaway) faces air cleaner. 3. Bowls on wrong carb, one with BB on front goes on left carb. 4. If equiped with TORS , could be problem with it. Disconnect box on left frame by gas tank. BTW, Welcome to BHQ !! Edited March 13, 2011 by Larry's Shee Quote

We had to push it and eventually it did start. After a few minutes spinning, burning that cleaner, it runs perfectly good now. One crank, one start now! Love my banshee.. Quote
