Measures 39" tip to tip which I believe makes it +3 (correct me if I am wrong or if you know the brand) $140 shipped or will trade for an adjustable axle. Chrome has minor flaking. Headlights without grills, rectangle style plug. I have no use for these, make a reasonable offer and they are yours. 10" front Douglas Blue labels, Honda bolt pattern.
