banshee55 Posted February 1, 2011 Author Report Posted February 1, 2011 What do you mean if not comfertable?! Quote
bigblockbanshee Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 You sounded like you weren't so sure about taking the throttle spring out, maybe for safety reasons or whatever. So I simply stated that if you're not comfortable with leaving the spring out then put it back in... It's been suggested on here by someone that has done it so I assume there isn't any harm in taking it out. Just saying... Quote
banshee55 Posted February 1, 2011 Author Report Posted February 1, 2011 Yea i got yaa.. I mean i think its workin great its just i feel like theres more tention on the carb springs.. What do you think? It feels alot better now though... Alot! Its not to hard and after a while it didnt hurt My thumb like it did... Quote
crash&burn Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 it's not for everyone but I put a twist throttle on mine and I LOVE it. HAHA... Your right about a twist throtle not for everyone.... every time i touch a bike with a twist throttle i end up with too much throttle and me flying through the air with the bike generally being left behind and me flying landing head first not fun Quote

bigblockbanshee Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 I'd go with it. Like I said before, it's been suggested on here by someone that has supposedly done it so it should be fine. The lube itself is normally enough though. Quote
guns4children Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 Just get the extended thumb throttle and be done with it. You'll like it so much your ganna want to jerk me off just for telling you about it! Quote
