Hey guys i need help with my jetting please.......i have a 97 banshee it was stock when i got it with mj of 200 which is stock in a weeks time i added fmf fattys,uni filter.i milled topend .035 reed spacers and the air snorkel is removed i changed the jet from a 200 to a 280 every once in a while it will fall on its face in 5th gear only sometimes and backfired once when it fall on its face and also if i snap it in neutral i get a bog for a second then it will clear out other then that runs really well smokes a more then it use to at idle but wot it doesnt smoke at all can u guys please help me thanks alot.......im also in maryland about 350ft above sea level and temps 20-30s...bike also has stock bore with 160psi in both cylinders (milled head) thanks guys. I would rejet before you ride any more. Try 300-310 with 27.5 pilot. Especially with the colder weather.

 

X2. Try 310 mains, needles in middle position, and 27.5 pilots. You may have to come down on the mains but its better to start rich and work your way down.

Alright I'm going to order the jets tonight 290 to 310s and ill order the pilots also going up to 27.5 will make it richer at idle correct?? And thanks for the help and fast replies.5roy
