dirtpro618 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 hey guys i already know there is jetting recomendations on this forum but id really like to know the specific jetting for my banshee. everytime i call a major aftermarket company(fmf, pro circuit, vitos, etc.) they tell me different jetting every time so i figured getting an answer from actual banshee riders was better. so heres my set up. full fmf gold series system, vitos carb kit, alba degree key +4, boost bottle, straight filter to carbs(no air box) with kn and outerwear, stock gearing, stock reads(next on my list) Thanks Quote

Nobody can tell you what size jets to put in your banshee & get perfect jetting. Your temp, elevation, mods & type of carbs determine where to start your jetting. You always should start off rich & work your way leaner. Do some plug chops & thats the best way I know to get close to a perfect jetting. Quote
rdzbangshee Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 i like to run it rich on the pilot needle and main tel my plug are not whit and rusty and run a temp gauge my temp never goes over 70f warm it up for a minute and go you go lean on the jetting like i did before and it cost me a engine my carbs was to big 35s .a 290 310 340 380 up to 410 on a stock carbs should work just dont have a meltdown it cost $$$$$$ to fix it bud.
