goes in neutral then pops out

i had that same problem it mostly popt out of 2nd .and it was moslty under heavy loads of throtle and when i got in realy realy soft sand...turns out that the bushing in my second gear was coming out and i was missing 2 clutch springs and most the rest were loose.
