Jetting Need Help

Would like to have your opinion or a ruff idea where i should start my jetting (main,pilot)

 

Just installed a :

 

421CC CHeetah cyb

4mil Stroker (hot rods)

28mm Mikuni Carbs

Cool Head Pro desing (20cc domes)

Timing plate advance -4 degree

 

The city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada is listed as 57 meters or 187 feet above sea level. thats where i live.

 

and its fucking cold outside lol -11 °C

race gas 108 oct or above,420 main,30-35 pilot needle in center to start

i was told to run a 450r radiator in the cold on a banshee in the cold ice weather
