Some of the older cases had a little bit more beef to them, especially the old RZ350 cases. A 10mil with 115mm rods will stay inside the cases on just about all years cases, but I have seen it go through one set of cases. If you step up to a 10mil with 120mm rods, the lower rod end on the 120's is a big bigger and the trenching to clear it will go through most cases, and the ones it doesn't go through will be incredibly thin and the epoxy is highly recommended.
