Flatslide floats

I know you guys are getting tired of seeing my name in this area but I took my carbs back off since gas is pouring out from them when its running. I hate that.

 

I am trying to get new carbs but I have to work with what I got first.

 

Does anyone know how to set the floats on these 34mm flatslides before I go insane. I have been trying to get my bike to run good for the last 3 weeks and I feel like Iam getting nowhere. Its really starting to frustrate me.

I don't have experience with your carbs but I have heard the inlet valve that the float hooks to can varnish or get nicks and cause the valve to stick. I don't know the exact spec but usually if the top of the float is parallel to the mating surface of the bowl it is good.
