I tried using the pinned jetting topic for some reference, but it doesn't tell anything about engine size, which kinda makes it useless. There are some guys that have engine info in there signature, but most do not. It is a great idea to have something like this pinned, but need more info for it to be usefull.

Well the jetting seemed close when I got the shee, but now I have to bore it .080 over which is 66mm. Should I go up 1 jet size for every .020 over? Total setup is toomey t5's, ported cylinders, trinity 38mm airstriker 2 into 1 intake with no air box, bored .080 over, stock head milled down .030, +4 timing, and at sea level. Currently it has a 165 main jet and a 65 pilot, I just don't want to fire up a fresh rebuild and be lean.

Also does anyone know of a thumb throttle set up that will connect with the 38mm airstriker, can't stand the twist throttle going threw bumpy trails.

So boring the sleeves doesn't effect the jetting much?

You wont notice much difference from before. It will change. yes. but i dont think you will have to worry. You said it was close. maby it will be bang on now.

For the most part motor size doesn't really matter. The chart is a basis to get a baseline jetting setup put in your carbs. Every bike is different and has to be ridden and fine tuned. If you look through the postings you can tell which bikes have more done than others, and being at around 10 pages long it is an ectrmely useful tool.
