I am putting a Banshee engine on my sprint kart Outlaw dirt machine. What type Dynatek coils will work with the stock CDI unit. Also will a 428 chain be big enough.

You will need a coil for a Banshee, either a stocker or a Dynatek. I don't think a 428 chain is big enough, I would use a 520.

Thanks for the info. I have a RD350 on my Kart now. But i want a better engine combo than that. One more question. The engine is a 87 and this is going to be a stand alone set up. What yrs of CDI boxes will work and the Regualtor.

I belive you need 87 -90 , after that they have different plugs. Or you could use any and change plugs.

Actually it is 87-94 to work with the plug on your engine.
