I just completely rebuilt the motor. 3 heat cycles on motor and short 30 minute ride is all that is on the motor. Enduro gas tank mount on the back, no tank though, makes a great guard or handle. Polished aluminum rims. Bike runs great and cranks right up, idles well. Here is a list of recent service performed: Completely disassembled engine and cleaned all parts Measured crank, still within factory spec Checked all gears, bearing, etc. New crank seals New output shaft seal New orings and seals in bottom end Freshly bored cylinders with mild port job Bored to 66mm to make 370cc New wiseco Pro-lite pistons, rings, pins, clips, small end bearing New base gasket, intake manifod gaskets Pro Design Cool Head with 22cc domes New head o-ring kit and new head studs New spark plugs Rebuilt carbs Uni Filter and Prefilter cleaned and oiled New O-ring chain Boost bottle New Yamaha petcock New stator cover gasket New clutch side cover gasket Fresh oil and coolant The only bad thing is the front left wheel is pretty bent but doesnt affect the ride.
