jasper Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 my clutch pusher went half way around, and i cant turn it back to remove it.i took apart cover, water pump and clutch plates removed the bolts by the pusher still cant remove pusher.the ball and stud were welded together what do i do next??????????? can any body help? its a 1990 model thanks Quote
Phelps Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 you mean the arm on top of the case? if the ball and shaft is welded then the shaft probably melted to the arm as well. the rod might have came out easy, but i am sure the arm has a burr on it and caused it to stick in the case. the last one i seen wasn't pretty. sent the arm through the outside of the case. i am still hunting parts as i type this out. sandunagen Posted September 11, 2010 Report Posted September 11, 2010 I did the same thing to my bike this weekend. Do you have to take the whole case apart? how does this happen? Quote
