Scott75 Posted August 24, 2010 Report Posted August 24, 2010 I have a 98 banshee,, I have shaved head, full procircuit exhaust system, mild port and polish, bored 60 over, 4mm long rod stroker crank, boysen power reeds. All of these items are brand new. I have a pair of used 28mm keihin pwk dslide carbs. The right bank was smoking more so I swaped sides with the carbs. And the right bank still smokes more than the left. The left plug is a light chocolate brown, and dry. The right bank that smokes alot is black and wet. I have run out of any ideas to try. Any help is greatly appreciated........ Quote

kpennepacker Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Did you try a new set of plugs. I had a plug one time that had a hairline crack that would fire but very weak. Or maybe a intake boot leaking air. Quote
sleeper06 Posted August 28, 2010 Report Posted August 28, 2010 Put new plug caps on and change your packing in your silencers just to start fresh Quote
