TORS?? PArking brake? Define Re start.....starting it after it dies....can u ride it at all on first start? Quote

Yes this just started last time out, rode all morning back to the hauler for lunch 40 min. on re-start it starts fine when I put it in gear it dies. after 2 hours it started up and i rode for an hour came back shut down and tried to re-start , starts and runs fine when I put it in gear it dies instantly . thats all I know nothing fancy on this one trinity stage 5 pipes single carb, new cool heads , pistons and rods Quote

If it gets hot that can be touchy......its wierd cause it only happens in gear...your parking brake wire disconnected? Quote
