parttimer Posted July 21, 2010 Report Posted July 21, 2010 What is causing the one cylinder to look like this? This is a recent top end on a bike I just bought. It has a 2 into 1 intake with a 33pwk. Could I have a crank seal leaking or could a partially fouled plug cause this? I took the head off to put on a cool head and noticed this. I have been fighting with this bike since the top end work trying to get the carb jetted and running good. Need some good advice or opinions on whats going on before I install my cool head! Thanks in advance! Quote
Larry's Shee Posted July 21, 2010 Report Posted July 21, 2010 How much time on the top end? Could be plug cap going bad /loose connection. Or air leak on right side , over compensating of jetting causeing build-up on left piston. Quote

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! Quote
