He needs NOTHING fancy at all, just a phone.. I have a few Tmobiles but when I pop his SIM into my phone I get a password question. He does not have anything like that enabled... Most independent cell phone shops will do this for 15-20 bucks. You best bet would be just go on ebay and search for AT&T cell phones. Also, another thing to remember, is now with AT&T's new data rates, make sure it's not a web-enabled phone, or they make you pay for a data plan.
