TeamRealtreeHD Posted July 12, 2010 Author Report Posted July 12, 2010 It's under alot of throttle... I'd say if it was jetting, it'd be the needle or the main. I'm thinking something electrical just went bad. Or is starting to. Quote

Or is starting to. I disagree on the electrical problem, why would it run good then on the gap hills...It's jetting T. Adjust floats again or I mean double check them and fatten that bike up and go from there... Quote

TeamRealtreeHD Posted July 13, 2010 Author Report Posted July 13, 2010 Well, I got it figured out. Turns out these carbs wouldn't work on the hillclimbs with the floats set at 16mm. I gave it more fuel on the floats, not to the point that the gas was coming out, but more than 16mm. She's good to go now. Flys right up the hills. It made sense it was a float problem. Mostly because it wouldn't do it on flat land, but on the hills. Thanks to all. I think I got the bugs worked out of these new carbs finally. Quote
