well here's the deal im wanting to build a ported motor. Right now my cylinders are stock port bored 60 over. When i decide to build the motor should i use the cylinders i have or buy unbored cylinders off ebay. Just wondering how much life i still have in cylinders that are 60 over

if you going to port them it would be best to get a stock bore or close becuase when they are done porting them they will probably need to be bored again, although wiseco also sells 80 90 100 over pistons for the banshee.

I'd start off with a lower bore set, you'll get more life out of the money you've spent on porting. And, there are always good virgin cylinders here and on other sites for sale. Chances of getting screwed are less buying from a reputable seller here than buying from someone on Ebay.
