dangerous_banshee Posted May 1, 2010 Report Posted May 1, 2010 (edited) ok this is kinda crazy i have a 1996 banshee and i just gave it an upgrade i put in cooled head t5 pipes t5 radiator pro light pistons new clutches and running it on golden spectro and premium and it has stock carbs but elimnated the tores then it ran great then i have no spark ok fixt that rode it slow for a wile to get every thing running good after the rebuild the took it on the road ok i got on it after a day of rideing slow and the clutch handel was good every thing i hit 6th and was going to slow down and no resistence in the cluch ok maybe cabel came loos checket when got home cabel still on just no resistence ok took the clutch cover off and it was not moveing the clutches or nothing bare with me i can not spell and i have not worked on a banshee for about 3 years so ya i dont know what to do Edited May 1, 2010 by dangerous_banshee Quote

You want the tick mark on the case and clutch arm to match up or even go about an 1/8th past it when you are pushing on it with your finger. Or you welded the ball. Quote
