new carb setup

I just picked up a set of 28mm pwk's. I have never ran anything but stock carbs, so my question is what kind of performance gains kind of performance gains can I expect. I have the following mods Fmf fattys, cool head 20cc domes, timing plate at + 4, fast play/dune port, stock cages boyesen reeds. I will be running pods on this setup ,so if anyone wants to throw in a starting point for jets it would help a lot.
