sandman1 Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 Can anyone tell me if the plastic piece that is under the main jet has to be there? One carb has it the other doesn't. Right now I'm fouling plugs as soon as I start it up and only one cylinder is getting hot. It smokes pretty good while idling. The motor was just completely rebuilt and it runs strong untill the plug fouls. The carb that is missing the plastic piece it the one not getting hot. I'm getting really frustrated can someone please help! I have toomey T-5's, open air box, ported head and vforce reeds. Main jet is 340 and pilot is 25. Quote
