Paddle Tires (Sand Hauler) Check this out, just like Skat Trak tire but cheaper.

I have recently purchased these tires and thought you guys made be interested in this deal. The tires are exactly the same as Skat Trak Haulers, but they are called Sand Haulers. They are the exact same material and the quailty is the same. I was able to get a set for $150 and not $350 like Skat-Trak sells for the same exact tires. yes its a sand hauler and its a good deal. but sorry to bust your bubble but these are not the same as skat track haulers, they are not buffed or paddled the same so therefor do not perform the same, we have first hand experience with these.

i had them also... they are buffed and the paddles are vulcanized... they work verry well for the price! but cant hang with the real deal.... hears a pic of my sand haulers

Im going to be taking them out to the sand tommorrow and I will report back onthe qaulity. From first sight and install they look great.

I have heard good and bad with these. Seams like they are hit or miss on quality. The guys that have had good luck with them love them, the guys who have had problems with them had problems with the cups splitting, or coming off the tire. Seams like a gamble to me, but a cheap one.

I like mine, Cheap and lighter than the entry level hauler. IMO cant go wrong. One of my friends bought 15 sets and sold them locally. No problems with any of them, Guys loved them. Ive purchased about 6 sets personally and they all seem very good to me.

Carcass is hella thick, if you air them down you'll see how thick this tire is. You can't air them down like a Skat Trak and they sure don't expand like a Skat Trak when racing the hills. I tried both sets of paddles on one trip, ST will out perform them, they will hook and go! I think SH would be a good buy for those who rarely visit sand but I'll never cheap out on paddles again. I put good $'s in my motor and would hate if cheap paddles would rob performance.

Ok, so I took them out on sunday and what do you know at the end of the day I inspect them and notice that I lost 1 on the paddles of the tires. So for conclusion Skat-Trak's are much better. These are suppose to be under some type of warranty so I will be email the the guy to see if he would replace this one tire. Overall the traction was good and the grip the sand very well.

shouldn't have paid $150 for them. like it says on ebay. or best offer. if you shoot them a low ball offer, they come back and will sell them for $125-$130 to you. i have shot them a couple different offers through out a month. $80 $120 $100. and they always came back with 129.98. which is still saving 20 dollars.

i picked up a set of these for $85 or so shipped about a year ago. i have no complaints, but i dont do any serious racing. just playin around in the sand...

Well I am not really pissed about paying $20 more or $150 for them. They are suppose to be within warranty. So I sent him an email and a pic of the paddle thats missing, to see if the would replace that one paddle. If not I will continue to use them until they are completely no good and get me a set of Skat Trak Extremes or Sand Stars.

I just put that incase other guys decide to try them. $20 bucks is $20 bucks you know. can almost fill up my civic with that. lol. but let us know if you find anything out about the warranty infamous. i think i will be purchasing a set of these pretty soon. would like to know if they stand with the warranty.

OK, yea I sent the seller a long email of what happened along with some pics of the missing paddle. Hopefully they replace it, I will post up the outcome once he emails me back.
