How does that damn kick starter go back in. trying to get her running before sat. I was replacing the clutch rod/ball bearing and now can't seem to get her put back together. thanks Quote
dirtydownunder Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 with the arrows, if your using genuine clutch plates, the plates arnt perfectly round and a part of the plate sticks out. when you put the first plate on, align that tab to an arrow then stagger the plate tabs 60 degrees apart. then when you bolt the pressure plate up, align the pressure plate arrow up with a clutch boss arrow. i dont have a exploded pic of the kick starter, but there is one around these forums somewhere Quote
