Battery on banshee mod?

Is there a mod out there to add a battery to the banshee? So that it also charges when running. I want to have lights when I'm stopped at night at the hill but not have to have the bike running. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Ya, it is called a DC conversion. You have to float the ground in the stator, add a rectifier/regulator after removing the stock regulator, add a battery,etc. If you search the technical documents, I believe there is a write up on doing this, also search for "Banshee lighting upgrades" on the web and you will find the info you need.

I've heard that "M.S.D Ignition" makes a system for the banshee not sure on that.

I made my own battery bracket, added the battery, did the dc conversion on my stock stator, and added the reg/rec on my bike. I run vision x Solstice led lights and underbody led's also.
