empyre
hey, new to the forum, nice community. anyways Ive got a '02 and it was running perfectly until today... Its been sitting for about 3 days, and I pulled it out gave it a start. went down the street and came back I noticed there was oil next to my kick lever or whatever you want to call it. Anyways the oil came from the pipe.. Ive got Toomey pipes. what couldve caused oil to get into my pipes? i rev up and gas/oil comes out thru my pipe. I checked my spark plugs and one side had some gas on it and the other not so much. I let it run for a while, and only One pipe the one without the oil coming out is the one thats getting hot and the other pipe with the oil coming out is staying ice cold... why is this? please help... 98_shee
Welcome to HQ. When is the last time you put new plugs in it? It could just have a fouled plug. The oil is probably just your premix from unburned fuel. Put a set of plugs in and see if it fixes it.

empyre
can anyone else confirm that the spark plugs are indeed the problem? any other suggestions?
Larry's Shee
Check that you have good spark from both wires, plug caps might be bad.
