I am planning a trip and we are considering a stop at the Badlands in Attica, Indiana. My wife and son don't ride (my son rides his power wheels quad like a pro, but I don't think those are allowed? He is only 18 months old)

So I would be the only one riding. I am hoping someone can tell me about the lay-out of the property.

I am bringing my Chevy K5 Blazer and my Banshee, but the Blazer only has 1 bucket seat so my wife and son can't ride in it with me. There is a place that I ride at Black Lake that has a scramble area located adjacent to the parking lot. When we go up there my wife and son can park her car in a lot and walk to the scramble area to watch the action. Her car is an Oldsmobile Alero so it is not exactly the kind of thing that goes over a lot of rough terrain.

What I really need to know is can my wife and son participate as spectators at the badlands without the necessity of a four-wheel drive vehicle to get in?

Any advice is appreciated

There is parking at the front of the park when u sign in but as far as her watching and following it may be alittle hard because the place is 800 acres. She could prolly watch you in the front two gravel bowls.

like howdie said, you need some more seats in that Blazer and all 3 of you will have a great time at the Badlands. Other than that, there is not very much of the area visible from the parking lot.
