just got new carbs-need a starting point

First of all, merry christmas to everyone. My problem is that I got new pwk 28's and I dont know where to begin with jetting and the rivers are almost ready to ride. Here are my mods-t-6's, +4timing, pro-design foam filter-no lid, and v-3's. Elevation is around 500 ft. and temp is between 0 and 30. Thanks for any help you can give.
