WantABanshee Posted December 14, 2009 Report Posted December 14, 2009 I bought this banshee in pieces and rebuilt it completley. New crank bearings, new pistons, new bore everything. Got it together finally today and rode it for just a few minutes do to having some sprocket problems. In neutral it free rev'd really nice but would not idle. I would get into it and it would bog and never really come out of it. I know its a jetting problem. I have the stock pilot, 280 mains and the clip on the 3rd notch on the needle. I'm in Ohio around 900ft. My mods are Toomey T3 pipes and silencers Boyseen reeds stock airbox w a Huge Proflow filter and NO LID Any tips this is my first banshee and am a jetting noob Quote

bansheeseat$$ Posted December 14, 2009 Report Posted December 14, 2009 Make sure you don't have the carb slides in the wrong way and/or in the wrong carb. Quote
WantABanshee Posted December 15, 2009 Author Report Posted December 15, 2009 i bought it in pieces so there is a really good chance that they slides were mixed up in the carbs... How would I tell? Quote
