333bbb333
I have a set of new mikuni flat slide carbs VM28-418 and when I pulled them apart to adjust the needle, one of them got a click in the spring. I have tried to re set it many times and tried to get it in there straight but it always snakes inside the carb body, and when I push in the throttle it clicks like it is rubbing inside. It does not seem to be sticking or causing any delay, and it only happens on the initial throttle movement, if you dont let it go all the way back down or around 1/8th throttle, it will not make the noise. Is this something I can just live with or does anyone have any clue on how I can get it to stop, metal on metal is never good in my opinion no matter how small the problem.
