SandRageShee Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 check your float height i had the same problem a while back and it turned out my floats were set to high and not letting enough gas refill the bowls fast enough. which was causing it to spit/sputter/pop at high rpm Quote

shanYE west Posted November 21, 2009 Report Posted November 21, 2009 I'd check the needle and seat... something might be stuck in there and not letting it fully open. Quote
shanYE west Posted November 21, 2009 Report Posted November 21, 2009 you said it was running out of fuel.. so I posted that above. But... a air leak is impossible to jet also.. If you changed jets and the bike didn't run any different. I'd give it a quick leak down test to make sure there isn't a leak. Quote
Screaming Yellow Zonker Posted November 22, 2009 Report Posted November 22, 2009 have you checked your fuel flow out of the tank? on the other side of your shut off valve there are two filters. they might need to be cleaned. And X2 on checking float level. Quote
