Banshee_LE Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 Notice that my wheel studs are kind of hard to remove. Was thinking of putting some never seize on the studs, I did this with my car and it works pretty good. Is this safe to try on the banshee? Thanks Quote
black sunshine Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 You talking about the studs or the nuts? Quote
popa_top2000 Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 If you are talking about the studs then yes they usually are hard to remove. If you are talking about the lug nuts then they should not be hard to remove. Check the nuts and threads on the studs, if they are hard to get on and off proly need to replace them. Quote
Banshee_LE Posted October 23, 2009 Author Report Posted October 23, 2009 Yes I was talking about the nut. Is it safe to put never seize on it? Quote
crustydemon Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 Yes that is safe to use but messy, a little wheel bearing grease would work to just dont use WD-40 or anything like that because believe it or not, the nuts can come loose. You really need to check your threads though because it shouldnt be an issue unless they have been on there forever. Quote
